Lizzy's done with all her college classes this semester and it looks like we'll be moving up to the Eagan area around November-December. The rent up there is crazy though, between 800 and 1000. It's pretty much offset by the cash I was spending on gas money, but still. As soon as Lizzy's able to start teaching, then we'll be hooked up and getting ready to seriously save for a home. I can't stand the fact that my kids still live in an apartment, one of the crappy side effects of getting married & having kids so young, not to mention starting off dirt poor with no mentoring on how to properly live life. All I know is this education thing better pay off.
Election season's here and all craziness abounds. There's a Palin chick from Alaska running with Mccain, and this lady is nuts. She interviewed with ABC and she has this crazy look in her eye, when she talks about - well, everything. She's scary in her single-minded attitude. Her way or the highway, and at the same time she is a typical republican mouthpiece. Her selection as a vp running-mate is disgusting. Women everywhere should be pissed off that the Mccain camp thinks they are that stupid. For fuck's sake man.

Looking forward to having you in the neighborhood. It's a good time to move - house prices are still down, and with the banks going under, they're likely to stay down (although that's usually bad for interest rates). So if you're not trying to sell AND buy, you're in a pretty good spot.
