We moved to Eagan on the 11/22 and it was definitely one of our smoother moves. I borrowed boxes from a co-worker which made moving way easier. I'd never used boxes before, partly because they are very expensive and partly because I didn't know how much easier moves are with boxes. I've moved about seven times in the last seven years and my next seven moves will certainly involve boxes :).
The little ones helped with the move and I have to give it to Lizzy, she really worked hard to help me move the heavier stuff. We moved everything ourselves and it really wasn't too bad. We loaded most of our stuff on Friday evening & loaded up the rest the next morning. Unloading was a little tougher with the heavier stuff (we're on the third floor) but it was only a couple of things that were troublesome.
