Hard Core, or Just Lazy?

I went to the gym today and saw the maintenace workers, well working out. They were doing full on workouts in their work uniforms. Dickies pants, tucked in shirts and belts. I don't know if they're unwilling to miss a workout regardless of whether they forgot their gym clothes or if they're just to lazy to bring clothes in.
