Sir

The Valley is big on sir, from secretaries to cashiers a whole lot of sirs get thrown around when I'm in work clothes(slacks and polo). It's enough to make a guy uncomfortable. I can't remember the last time anyone called me sir in MN, even when I was wearing a suit-just doesn't happen. I get the feeling they think I have some horribly important job. I've even been asked where I work--once by a cop, but he didn't call me sir. Bastard gave me a ticket though.
